The Sky Scratcher for the Eco Friendly Feline

The Sky Scratcher for the Eco Friendly Feline
October 22, 2016 by Modern Cat Magazine

We're always trying to reduce our eco pawprint here at Modern Cat, and the Sky Scratcher is amongst the best we've seen, using sustainably sourced and recycled materials. It goes past the typical recycled cardboard construction by eschewing glues or chemical adhesives.  Plus, you can replace the cardboard sections yourself quickly and easily. The design is inspired by Chicago, but the designers hope to expand to other cities, including San Francisco, Sydney and Montreal. This design recently won the Reader's Prize at the very cool Apartment Therapy's Design Showcase.  Just like that, being ecowise and kitty friendly just became easier.

Hey there! Do you know if they make any plugins to protect against hackers? I'm kinda paranoid about losing everything I've worked hard on. Any recommendations?

I have realized that over the course of making a relationship with real estate proprietors, you'll be able to get them to understand that, in every single real estate contract, a commission rate is paid. Finally, FSBO sellers tend not to "save" the commission payment. Rather, they try to earn the commission by simply doing an agent's job. In completing this task, they expend their money and also time to perform, as best they can, the assignments of an real estate agent. Those responsibilities include getting known the home by means of marketing, representing the home to willing buyers, constructing a sense of buyer urgency in order to induce an offer, scheduling home inspections, handling qualification inspections with the bank, supervising maintenance tasks, and assisting the closing of the deal.
