I didn't know that cats could have a chewing problem, but one of my guys definitely does. He will chew on absolutely anything (cardboard boxes, hair elastics, cords, earphones, cell phones), and not only is it destructive, it can be dangerous for him too. The best cat behaviourists advise replacing an unwanted behaviour (like destroying my computer cord) with an acceptable alternative. Whenever he goes in for a chew, I produce one of the many ORKAkat Wiggle Worms that I own, and he enjoys a hearty chomp on a mom-approved product. It's not too much to say that the Wiggle Worm from Petstages has saved me a whole bunch of frustration and several hundred dollars in replacement cords. – LC
