You have to see this amazing video of Philadelphia resident MJ riding around town with his owner.  MJ does not wear a helmet or strap himself to his human, but does on occasion wear a reflective collar for nighttime riding. We’re not sure that this is 100% safe, but cats are known to land on their feet.
