ToyShoppe's Spiral Feather Teaser Cat Toy is just that! This wand is one of my cat's favourite toys, and she has put it through it's paces, and it has only lost a couple feathers and one piece of ribbon. She actively seeks this one out and brings it to me when she wants to play, and she does not tire of the rustling noise and enjoyable bouncing feathers. This is definitely a win in my house. -TC
