Hank the Cat lent his meow to the 2008 Senate race in Virginia, and is now claiming third-place with 7,000 votes. Rescued as a kitten from the tough streets of Fairfax County, VA, he is interested in the working man and also the homeless kitty, raising money for shelters through sales of signs, T-shirts, bumper stickers and mugs. Hank is leaving the political spotlight for now, but we remember his historic campaign.
