My cat was not meant for the outdoors—he is a simple soul and very passive. Poor Pumba. So in my neighbourhood with racoons and coyotes, I definitely don't let him outside unattended. But sometimes just using a harness isn't enough. I love these Easy Pet Fence enclosures! I can set it up in my yard, or just attach the 'topper' to my existing yard fence so Pumba doesn't roam free.
