Send us your favorite photo of you and your dog for a chance to win a $500 prize pack from Nutrience. To enter, simply email your photo entry to cutestcouple@moderncat.com. Be sure to include your names (both yours and your cat's), your email address, and your phone number. Once your photo is received, we will post it to Modern Cat's Facebook Contest Photo Album within 72 hours and email you confirmation.

Once you have received confirmation, tag your photo in the album. The photo that receives the most "Likes" will win a prize pack from Nutrience. All photos entered also have a chance to appear in a Cutest Couples gallery on moderncat.com, as well as in Modern Cat's fun e-cards!

TO VOTE for your favourite Cutest Couple photos, visit the Modern Cat magazine Facebook page and click "Like." You will then be able to "Like" the photos in the Modern Cat Cutest Couple Photo Album that you are supporting. The photo with the most "Likes" wins!

Contest closes on February 14th, 2014, at 12:00pm PST and the winner will be annouced.

Assignment of Rights

By submitting photographic images to Modern Cat, you grant Modern Cat a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to those photographic images at its sole discretion, including storing it on Modern Dog servers and incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed including, without limitation, published books. If you do not wish to grant Modern Cat these rights, it is suggested that you do not submit photographic images. Modern Cat reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove images from the Modern Cat website at any time at its sole discretion. By submitting photographs for entry in the contest you certify that you have the rights to said photographs.

Rules and Regulations

Each Cutest Couple photograph will also have a chance to appear on moderncat.com, as judged by Modern Cat. You are encouraged to promote voting for your dog through various streams, including email, blogging, social networking sites, etc. All photos entered in the photo contest regardless of number of votes have a chance to appear in Modern Cat magazine. Photo selection for inclusion in the magazine is solely at the discretion of Modern Cat. Modern Cat reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgment, winner eligibility. Modern Cat reserves the right to change these contest rules at any time. Inappropriate photos and comments will be deleted. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
