Meet Bixley
I work at an animal shelter and took this guy into foster when he was 5 weeks old. His jaw is deformed and his tongue permanently hangs out. He has had a few medical procedures to help him out but after our staff vet told me that he would not be a candiate for adoption and suggested putting him to sleep, he became a permanent member of the family!
