Meet Casper and Lacy
Casper likes taking care of his foster sister Lacy. Due to an illness at 4 weeks, Lacy has neurological damage that makes her a little uncoordinated when she walks and jumps. all the other cats give special consideration to Lacy and her brother who both have this condition.
