Meet Foster
Foster was found frozen onto my parent's step during a January snow storm. The vet estimated him to be 9 weeks old. He was in rough shape when we found him with a respiratory and eye infections, infected frost bite and he was very under weight (you could see every rib and his whole spine.) The vet wasn't sure he would make it, but we had to give him a chance and decided to "foster" him until we found him a good home- hence he became known around the house as "the foster
