Meet Jasper

Jasper is for sure one of a kind. He plays by his own rules. He is very fluffy and lovey but only when he’s with his favorite human. He is very vocal but not with a meow, he lets out a strange noise that mimics a gerbil or a tweety bird when greeting his favorite human or letting his favorite human know, he’s hungry(but only for treats).
