Meet Lawri

Lawri was rescued in 2005 from the streets in Barbados with her sister, Pangi. She weighed 4 ounces and was starving. I brought them home in the cabin of the plane and skipped customs. In 2011 Lawri was diagnosed with an advanced case of injection site fibrosarcoma.  Her right hind leg including the hip joint was amputated and she had 19 radiation treatments.
