Meet Mario Mustache
My name is Mario Mustache. I was born from a feral cat. My forever parents would feed my mommy and her friend. When they found me at 5 weeks old they took me in with open arms. Afterwards they captured mommy and friend and had them fixed. In Tampa the Humane society has a program TNR. Tag nueter release, there is a huge stray problem here.
