Nessie

Meet Nessie

This is Nessie, she is the sunshine of my life! She maybe be blind but she can "see" good in everything. Nessie is the sweetest little girl you will ever have the pleasure of meeting, she loves to cuddle and will give little kisses if you pick her up. I've had Nessie ever since she was all of three days old. Her and her brothers (Jasper and Emmett) came to us from the local animal shelter. Unfortunately, their mom had passed away after being quite ill. All of her babies were also very sick, and we lost two of them. These three are survivors! When Nessie was about a week and a half old, she began going blind due to an infection caused by the herpes virus. Nessie and her brothers fought very hard to live and we almost lost them a couple of times. Nessie always stayed in bright spirits and was always happy to be picked up and carried around. Nessie purrs loudly at the sound of my voice and she always comes running to me. She's just the cutest thing! Nothing makes Nessie happier than to prove that she can do anything her brothers can, such as climbing up into the window or onto the washer and dryer. Her favorite places to sleep are in the bathroom sink or in her favorite pet bed, curled up with Jasper and Emmett.This is Nessie, she is the sunshine of my life!
