Initially taken in as a foster as nobody would adopt him since he refused to come out of his cage at the shelter and was terrified of people, we quickly went from fostering to adoption as his personality began to show. Today, although he still is afraid of strangers and going outside, he has turned into such a loving cat and spends all of his time playing, cuddling, or just following us
