Meet Oliver

He was born to a feral cat under a friend\'s car back in September of 2016. He was presumably the runt of his litter, and was abandoned during a bad storm. Mom and his siblings relocated and weren\'t seen for another month after the storm. In the meantime, I came to care for him. At only 3 weeks old, he was still bottle feeding and couldn\'t quite potty on his own yet.
