Meet Phoebe
Phoebe started out as a foster cat in my home and quickly became a foster fail!! Within an hour of being with me she was asleep on my lap and had chosen me as her owner. I decided to keep her almost immediately as she is the snuggliest little kitty ever. Her favorite spot is laying on mom on the couch.
