Phoenix was brought in by the PD after being burned/tortured by a citizen at 5ish weeks. He went through 5 months of horrible pain Fighting for his life.. Then he found me and saved my life once I adopted him. He brightens my world everyday! We have the best bond and I look forward to spoiling him with love, fun and treats for the rest of his life!
