Meet Rascal Carter
Rascal is a beautiful male cat his favorite thing is to be brushed he loves it! I used to clean at a house that only had cats in it around 18 they were part of my local humane society they were all very well taken care of this litter came in and I fell in love with whole litter so I adopted him and his beautiful sister and my mom who helped clean too ended up adopting Rascal's Mother and brother!
