Meet Teddy
Teddy is from New Orleans but when the latest hurricane was getting close he was evacuated to the SPCA of Texas shelter. This is where I found Teddy. When I saw him I just loved his face and his laid back attitude. It didn't really matter to me that he was missing an eye and he doesn't even seem to notice.
