Meet Wilbur

Wilbur is a street rescue kitty who makes up for his less-than-perfect appearance by being so sweet!  He has settled into  his indoor  life very well.  He shows his appreciation by letting his human mom and siblings dress him up in these somewhat embarrassing costumes!
