Meet Phoebe
Phoebe was adopted from Anderson Animal Shelter 5 years ago when she was 8 weeks old. When she first came home she had an upper respiratory infection. Once she was feeling better she has been a non stop joy to have around. She is constantly doing something that will make you laugh, she like to sit on your shoulder like a parrot and be carried around. She will sit on your shoulder all day if you'd let her. Phoebe loves climbing on the highest shelf she can find and nap.
