Rescued from a box thrown into a ditch in Texas. A diligent mother and daughter team stopped when the daughter noticed Salem\'s leg poking out. They brought her to the Humane Society. Salem was going into labor and lost two of her kittens. The rest were saved and adopted. Salem chose me by sitting on my foot in the open cat adoption room. She pulled on my shoestrings and was not going to let me go anywhere. I\'m so grateful she rescued me! I love my little tortie girl!
