Meet Justin Blue
I found him frozen under a hood of a car. He was comatose and only a pound. His body temperature didn\'t even register. My vet took hours to revive him and he woke up purring. Named him Justin because he was found just in time and Blue because he\'s a Blue mackerel tabby. He\'s now 18 pounds of awesomeness.
