Trigger the cat saves owner’s life

Cats are wonderful, inspiring and loving animals, and this story is one that just shows us that cats love us and know when they are needed.

Meet Trigger, a Russian Blue mix who saved her owner's life. Erna, Trigger's 75 year old human companion, was having a stroke when Trigger found her. Erna asked her faithful cat to go get help from her daughter whom she lives with, but who was sleeping at the time. Trigger promptly began meowing fervently at the appropriate bedroom door until the daughter came out. Help was called, and Erna has now returned home after a stay in the hospital. She is recovering at home with the help of Trigger, who has remained by her side, making sure she is okay.
