P.L.A.Y. Receives Two New Certifications for Award-Winning Pet Products

P.L.A.Y. (Pet Lifestyle and You) is pleased to announce that we have earned two new certifications for our award-winning pet products: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certification and Gold Certification from Green America’s Green Business Certification Program. These certifications attest to our commitment to manufacturing eco-friendly and socially responsible products that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, both humans and animals alike!

Here at P.L.A.Y. we strive to create products that are pretty special. Just how special you may ask? In line with our mission to make products that are better for pets, people and planet, we are proud to receive OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certification for our Original Chill Pads. OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 tests for over 100 harmful substances like carcinogenic colorants, formaldehyde and allergenic dyes. Pretty yucky stuff? We think so too. With this certification, the product is tested out to the very last strand of thread, which means you and your pup can sleep easy knowing that this textile is 100% non-toxic, 100% certified safe, and 100% quality assured. Now that’s pretty special.

Green America has recognized that P.L.A.Y. has gone above and beyond to make greater progress toward greener business practice, so much so that we were recently advanced from Silver to Gold Certification by Green America’s Green Business Certification program.
