Meet Bernie

Bernie - at first thought to be a boy, now Bernice - was found in the median of a busy street, by a major highway, at only 12 oz. I thought she was a bird when a coworker directed me to her, not long after he spotted her. She had serious pooping issues and came to work with me everyday til she improved. She is now fat and sassy and ruler of the 8 cat roost. She still thinks I'm her mommy and suckles in my hair, daily.
