Buddy is one of 61 cats that lives in tgis make shift cat sanctuary in Puerto La Cruz Venezuela. All our cats have been abandoned, smuggled in or thrown over our fence, because of the economic crisis Venezuela is in they are thousands of cats in the streets. Buddy just loves people, and he loves to eat. We believe he was probably left in our sanctuary because his owner may have been leaving the country.
