Meet Mr. Miggins

Mr. Miggins is an eight year old rescue cat. He is deaf, but able to feel love and warmth! He lives with his wife, Mrs. Minky and mistress, Miss Mimi. Mr. Miggins has his own Facebook page (@mrmigginsthecat) and own book called "It's CATURDAY!! VOL 1 Catnip for the Masses.
