Meet Penelope
Penelope is a 10 week old kitten that had been dumped on a race track with her 3 brothers at only 4 weeks old, she was rescued and fostered by me and now as decided to stay with her new older brother Buddy, She loves her new home and is a very cheeky but happy little girl. Penelope and Buddy are partners in crime, Buddy had and accident and had to wear a collar that she likes to help him take off!
