Meet Rascal

Rascal is a 4 month old siamese mix. Has a raccoon face and 4 white paws. He is a rescue from the humane society.  He had 4 sibblings, which two were black and  two that look kinda like him.  He has more of the raccoon face.    They were bottled fed.  Rascal loves to play fetch with his ball or toy fish.  He has a tie and a tuxedo sweater he wears.
