Meet Richard

Hi, I'm Richard: a mellow, odd-eyed (heterochromia), string-chasing cat. When I was a year-and-a-half old, I was abandoned by my former owners and taken in by the Downey Animal Care Center here in Southern California. Homeless adult cats have it rough: we're half as likely to find a new home compared to homeless kittens.
