Meet River

2 weeks before my husband\'s 50th his co-workers put a toy c cat on the cake they had for him( he always hated cats). The next week my mother prayed my husband would allow me to have a cat while looking at a calico kitten. The next we were canoeing and heard a terrible cry from the bank. We rowed toward the bank and something jumped into the river and swam toward our boat. I pulled it out with my oar not knowing what it was. It was a tiny calico kitten that jumped in the river to save herself.
