Meet Saltine
I rescued Saltine 3 years ago from my backyard where she was born. She was terrified of me but I had to medicate her eye that had become infected. The idea was to get her healthy and find her a good home. She was so sweet and loving that I could not bear to part with her. She is a genius; yesterday I promised to fill her catnip toys Pinky and Brownie if she went upstairs and brought them to me. One by one she brought them down within the hour. I am so proud.
