Meet Smokey Joe

He’s my whole world! He loves to be loved! I found him on the side of the road and took him to the animal hospital. He has down syndrome because of his asthma and not getting enough oxygen to his brain! ♥️ He struggles but i try to give him the best life! Meet Smokey!!!!
