Meet Tibber
Tibber came to me as a feral. I TNR'd him. He was so tiny & thin. I worked with him & got him vetted & healthy. Was going to adopt him out...but He won my heart. He now is an inside cat with eight other rescued siblings...loving life as he knows it. And he will never want for anything ever again.
