Meet Victor

Does that face seem to say, I really don't care?  This is Victor who found us in a FoodLion parking lot in Victoria Va. Thus came the name Victor.  Obviously he was dropped off there and with no one or nothing to eat I really believe that he saw us and thought that this was his last chance.  You see we stopped there and let the two dogs out to relieve themselves. Mother and daughter both Rottie & Lab mixed.  Victor came charging towards them crying.  How could
