Cat Burglar Turns Out To Be Actual Cat

Meet Theo, a cat living in Ipswich, England. Theo has been identified as the culprit in a mini crime spree in his neighbourhood. Theo has returned home with a variety of prizes, including a phone charger, children's artwork, a hand puppet, other cat's toys and a fluffy pen. (Theo is obviously passionate about feathers.) Theo's human companions, Paul Edwards and Rachel Drouet,  have ended up photographing the objects and posting them to Facebook so that they can be returned to their owners.  Edwards says his neighbours have been understanding – mostly because they find it hilarious.
