Sassy

We miss our girl every day, she was with us 17 years, she was 19. We went to do errands that morning and all day I felt like something was not right, I told Sassy and Lucky we were going to the store and we would be back, like I always did, when I opened the door, I knew something was terribly wrong, when Sassy was not at the door waiting on us as she always did, I was afraid, she was in her bed in the kitchen and I knew she was gone, and my whole world went to pieces.
