We Love Black Cats

Here at Modern Cat, we love black cats! We can’t understand why they have the lowest adoption rates because they are as sweet, wonderful, and loving as any other cat. Luckily, the lovely people at the ASPCA have a whole day dedicated to Black Cats. They’ve even come up with this handy-dandy list of reasons why you should love a black cat:

• Black cats go with everything—and they’ll never go out of style!

• You can tell your kids you adopted a miniature panther.

• Their fur won’t show on your little black dress.

• In most cultures, black cats are a sign of good luck.
