Fiddle was named for the fact that she used to sit at Hannah\'s feet when Hannah practiced violin. Hannah is in heaven now, but Fiddle loves her other mommy, Daria. Daria does everything for Fiddle because she adores her! Fiddle is very patient and lets Daria put all kind of hats on her and then she poses for the camera. 18 years in love!
My human found me as a rescue kitty when I was only a few weeks old and fell in love with me and took me home where I joined my other rescued and senior kitty friends of Petals Feather and Friends
Jaguar was found outside the door to our condo on October 16, 2012, yowling her little kitten heart out. When we took her to the vet we learned she was approximately 6 months old at that time. She loves Mike and tolerates me but she is full of personality.
A thing of beauty, strength and grace lies behind this whiskered face. Pretty Kitty is a current resident at Mary Hall Ruddiman Canine Shelter. She has been with us for about one year. She would make a wonderful choice to win the contest since JUNE is Adopt a Shelter Cat Month. What a great opportunity it would be for her to make the COVER of Modern Cat Magazine. She would be a GREAT representaive for shelter cats around the world. Thank you Modern Cat Magazine for the opportunity to enter Pr
Tipton came into my life as a sick little foster kitten along with his siblings and mom. Twice he teetered on the line of life and death. With his will and my care, he pulled through and thus the inseperable bond between us was formed. Now, he is a happy, healthy, spoiled, house kitty. Recently, we lost his bengal brother to renal failure. We made a "bengal" Christmas tree to honor his brother's memory.
Prince loves sleeping with his brother and sister although none are actually related they have an excellent relationship especially with my Ragamuffin Sparkles on bottom right
Panda is my best friend! Let me tell you he follows me around and wants to hang out with me. No matter if I am working at my desk, on the computer, in the bathroom, in bed, ect. Panda is a young energetic 11 year old Maine coon. He was a rescue kitty and we been buds the past 10+ years. Panda "the cat" enjoys feeding time, fresh water with ice cubes, he likes to attack string toys, and he seems to not mind my snoring. Bottom line is Panda is a great companion!
Marlowe is about 6 months and very playful. She spends her time chasing her sister kitty around and playing with all sorts of toys. She loves to climb curtains and hide under blankets. She also covers her face when she sleeps.
Geronimo is a 3 year old male who loves to snuggle with his favorite blanket, sleep, and occasionally run around the house for no reason. We got him as a Christmas present for our daughter when he was a kitten. He immediately started climbing up into the tree, knocking off ornaments and sticking his head out between branches. The following Christmas, he was a little too big to climb the tree, but continued to knock off ornaments.
Gracey has a sweet personality and a pleasant demeanor with just enough mischief to keep us on our toes. We are lucky that we found her when she was abandoned at the local dog pound as a tiny kitten. She is the light of our lives.
Stevie was found frozen to the road and brought in to the vet’s office. We couldn’t give up on her, so we asked if we could keep her and bring her back to health. She lived at the office for a few months, and pretty much was the boss of the place. We think she was born without eyes, because she seems to know no difference. She gets around like any other cat, and isn’t afraid of anything. She’s perfectly perfect in every way and loved by everyone who meets her.
Gracie is 8 years old and the ruler of our household! She lost her right arm when she was 5 weeks old, but it has never slowed her down. I can't imagine life without her. We love her very much!
Sweet Angel Sheila lived for three years after being diagnosed with mast cell carcinoma of the transverse colon. I took all the money I had in my retirement account and spent it all on chemo to treat Sheila\'s cancer. Her doctors called her a miracle cat. I miss her so much every day and so does Elsa. Someday we will all be together again. We love you always to infinity sweet Angel!
