Meet Cecilia
Cici was a last minute unplanned rescue. The day we saved her she was nothing but skin and bones at 2 pounds...she wouldn't have made it had we not taken her in when we did, but she has wiggled her little way into all of our hearts and we can't imagine our house without her!!!
