Meet Kobi
Kobi has Radial Hypoplasia, which means he walks on his "elbows" and frequently stands up on his back legs to get a better look at the world around him. He loves his tie and mopes when it's taken off to be washed. He loves being petted, cuddled, snuggled, and given treats. His humans rescued/adopted him even he was a teeny tiny kitten. His best friend is Katniss, a 3 1/2 year old tabby-and-white kitty who shares the humans with him.
