Meet Toulouse

Toulouse was found at about one week old outside in Fall2014. He was brought to a veterinary hospital where an employee bottle fed him and fostered him. We thought he would be a cat with blue point but as he grew up he developed stripes instead. He usually always has some type of accessory on whether it be homemade bowties, themed bandanas, his collar and tag or sweaters. His foster has become his owner and he loves visiting her work at the veterinary office he was brought to as a baby.
