Meet Billy
Billy is a mysterious oddball with two braincells, one for food and the other for love. He adores everyone he has ever met and spends most of his time purring ambiently. It is difficult for the vet to hear his heartbeat because he purrs too loudly and tries to nuzzle everyone's hands. He is not very bright but his genius siblings protect him from his bad impulses. We don't really know where he came from or how old he is, but he is the sweetest animal who has ever lived.
